Members of the Community Police elected their authorities in a public assembly, were they met also with members of the Self Defenses on February 23rd, 2013. The assembly, full of tensions between the Community Police and the Self Defenses is done after an internal crisis when Guerrero state government tries to regulate the civil forces who fight crime subordinating them as par of the local police forces. / Miembros de la PolicÌa Comunitaria eligen a sus autoridades en una asamblea p?blica el 23 de febrero de 2013.
